What is Forest Bathing
Forest Bathing or Guided Forest Therapy
Walks are a heart centered approach of being in the forest (or nature) and slowing down. Slowing down to leave the hustle bustle of your everyday life behind and reconnect to your senses and to nature itself to help you feel whole again.
